anti-little city deck

okay so the meta,which is what most players stick to while making their decks, has been challenged by a deck. This deck destroys the meta and basically every other deck out there.
its the little city deck
ive been trying to beat the meta beating deck.
a counter deck to a counter themed deck is pretty hard so i need help with beating it
this is what ive got in the deck thus far
3x xing zhen hu
3x xing zhen hu replica
3x mystical space typhoon
1x heavy storm
3x forbidden lance
3x beast king barbados
2x mirror force
help me out

So lemme get this straight. You need an Anti- Anti- Meta deck...? That's kinda weird because the point of Anti- Meta is well destroy Meta decks, and the best way I can think of to beat an Anti- Meta deck is to play Anti- Meta myself other than trying to counter it. If you want to beat Anti- Meta then Night Beams and/or MST's are definitely needed. Xing Zhen Hu as good as it is, i wouldnt go as far as to put it at 3 and thats the same for Replica. Either use Decree or 2 of each with Dualities in my opinion.
